Remainder to son & dau. 2 shares to Ephraim & one to Mary. To Ephraim W. half of house & rest of farm & 5 a. west of house & 7 a. south of road, etc.

All estate except my gold necklace & locket to my sister Deborah Whitman, widow, but if she die before this testament is in force, or after she hath done with it to be equally divided between her three daughters Ann, Silence, & Deborah. My necklace to go to my cousin Hannah Richards, dau. of my brother Benjamin Richards deceased. Friend James Penniman, executor.
