Biography
Joseph Palmer, born 3 Oct 1663 at Stonington, Connecticut[1][2][3][4][5], was the first child of Hannah Lord Stanton and Nehemiah Palmer.
He married 12 Nov 1687 Frances Prentice. In addition to children profiled herein, this couple also had a son b. 1688, and a daughter b. 1692, who died young.
Joseph Palmer and his wife were admitted to the First Congregational Chuch of Stonington on 30 Jan. 1696/97. He was deeded land by his father on 23 Apr. 1706, by which he received one half of his father's homestead, the other half having been given to his brother Daniel. This land was confirmed to his children by their grandfather, Nehemiah Palmer, in codicile to his will dated 2 Oct. 1716, and by a deed dated 10 May 1717.
Joseph Palmer died 31 JAN 1709/10 at Stonington, New London County, Connecticut.

Rebecca Jackson was christened at St Mary's, Whitechapel, London, England on October 12, 1636, daughter of Edward and Frances (___) Jackson. [1] [2]
Rebecca married Thomas Prentice, son of Thomas Prentice. [1] [3] [4]
In her father Edward's will dated June 11, 1681 and proved on August 26, 1681, he left bequests to his daughter Rebecca Prentice and son-in-law Thomas Prentice. [1] [2] [3]
1694: Thomas Sr. and Rebecca, his wife, conveyed lands to Rev. Hobart. [3]
Neither Rebecca of Thomas's death dates are known.
