He made his will 18 Dec. 1819, proved 8 Feb. 1820, mentioning wife Dolly, son Noah, son David, son Samuel, son Benjamin, son Joseph, son Josiah and daughter Elizabeth. (Norfolk Probate, 18606.)

The Vital Records show that Joseph, son of Samuel, died 5 Jan.1795, aged 18 days. Of course here is an error of some sort.
