Will of Benjamin Jones of Hull proved Jan.30,1748(9) mentions daughter Sarah Ruggles.
He was elected constable 1729 but refused to serve, was fenceviewer 1743 and Representative 1752 & 1753.

who died the 15th July, 1779.

To wife 1/3 of real estate for life, etc. To nephew John Hollis my lot in the Middle Precinct, 40 acres bought of John Thomas. To Sarah Hayden wife of Henry my house in So. end of Boston in which Joseph Clarke lives on the main street & half my woodlot that came from my brother Samuel.
To William Adams Jr. land in the Middle Precinct, etc. To daughter Rachel Pecker all remainder of estate and she and my son in law Dr. Pecker, executors.
Wit: Benjamin Cleverly, Ebenezer Miller, John Pray.

To Deborah Train by desire of my late husband Capt. Arthur Savage estate he gave me at Scarlett's Wharf at N. end of Boston. To Arthur Noble Esq. by desire of my late husband James Noble my mansion house & barn in Hanover St. joining Friend St. To children of brother in law Thomas Savage Esq. land in Pemaquid or Brisco so called. To James Glover son of brother in law Thomas Glover estate in long lane & cow lane. To sister Sarah Taylor a gown. To cousin Leah Jenkins a gown. To husband James Pecker house & land in Orange St. at S. end, etc.
88-440: Ante nuptial agreement as she is heir to estate of her father at his death, etc., Oct.22,1774. She is to have all her estate.
