He made his will 19 Dec. 1809, and it was proved 13 Feb. 1810. Therein he mentions his wife Phebe, his daughters Charlotte and Nancy to have what belonged to their mother, sons David, Minot and Samuel. (Norfolk Probate, 15586.)
CHARLOTTE and NANCY RiCHARDS, children of James, under 14, have estate in right of their grandfather Ezra Pratt and guardian-ship to their father, 10 May, 1808. (15554.) Jacob Richards, guardian, rendered an account 8 Nov. 1825. Paid Charlotte Tirrell, and the account was signed Kingman Tirrell. (15554.)

Mr. Rightmyer has been in command of United Spanish War Verterans Posthere for last several years.
Lived in Martinsburg, West Virginia at the time of his mother's death.He had fought in the Spanish American War, volunteering in June of1898. He was in the 15th Regiment. In November of 1898 he was inCuba for 13 months, then came back to the US and was sent to China forBoxer Rebellion in 1900, then returned back to the US, and reenlistedin the 56th coastal artillery and served 2 years in Puerto Rico. Hewas discharged February 5th 1905
