As you may know, Lucy Oswalt lived with Jacob Oswalt in Kosciusko County in 1870, when she was 16 years old. She appeared to be his daughter, but her name did not appear in the enumeration of his 1860 household. Chances are she was Jacob's daughter.**** If it's any help, she was "Malissa L" Oswalt when she married George "Freesh" in Kosciusko County on 09 January 1876 even though she was was Lucy or Lucy Ann in all census data.
