He resided on Granite St. west side south of West St. She is in 1850 census with son Abel, a farmer. Rev. War soldier. She was a teacher in the school on Pond St. says S.A. Bates.

N.P. #9646 - Will of Abel Holbrook, wheelwright, dated Jan.20,1810, mentions wife Elizabeth, sons Calvin, William, Abel, daughters Elizabeth, Mary, Mehitable, Nancy, & Lydia to have $400 each at age.

Rev. Pension Rec. W26718 - Elizabeth Kingsbury widow of Abel Holbrook, a private & teamster in Rev. War. Pension issued to her heirs Apr.28,1857. Abel Holbrook died Feb.25,1811.
She was pensioned Nov.7,1845 for his 11 mos., 4 days service in the militia. In 1857 the pension was increased because of evidence that he was also a teamster in 1779 for 7 mos., 24 days and ordered paid to the children of Elizabeth Kingsbury, she having died Jan.3,1852.
Pension of Mrs. Hannah Clark deceased, widow of Jonathan Clark 1857 for the increase is payable to Mrs. Hannah Adams of Milton. Children of Ichabod Holbrook & Hannah were from Braintree Records) Mary, Nathaniel, Abel, Ebenezer. She left five children at her death, William, Abel, Mehitable Arnold, Nancy White, & Lydia Nightingale.
She married Noah Kingsbury and was aged 78 in 1848 and then widow of Noah Kingsbury late of Roxbury. She married Abel Holbrook Dec.3,1790 & he died Feb.25,1811. She m. Noah Kingsbury in April 1815 & he died June 1826. Testimony of Stephen Penniman in 78th year 1845
