She was single, lived in Martinsburg, West Virginia at the time of hermother's death in 1923.
When Ed could no longer take care of himself he promised to will thehouse to Martha if she took care of him till death. She took care ofhim and inherited the house. She worked for G.C. Murphy 26 years. Shealso worked at one time at St. Matron Hospital.

Baker. Hedied of valvular heart disease age 25. The newspaper stated he haddied in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. He was a foreman at InterwovenMills, Martinsburg, West Virginia. Filed at Adams County, HistoricalSociety at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania states that he died in 1917. Hemoved to Martinsburg, West Virginia in 1902
